CarePulse Clinic: Questions patients ask
Do you accept my insurance?

We work with most major insurance plans and will verify your coverage before your visit. If you're uninsured, we offer clear self-pay rates so there are no surprises.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Yes. We hold same-day slots for urgent concerns like infections, fevers, and injuries. Book online or call early in the day for the best availability.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No referral is needed for a general or urgent visit. If you need a specialist, our providers can arrange the referral and share your records directly.

How do I get my test results and prescriptions?

Results are posted to your secure patient portal, usually within a day or two, and your provider will call if anything needs attention. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your pharmacy.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of any medicines you take, and any recent reports or scans from another clinic. Arriving ten minutes early gives us time to complete your registration.

What if I need help outside clinic hours, or it's an emergency?

For a life-threatening emergency call your local emergency number or go straight to the nearest emergency department — do not wait for an appointment. For anything non-urgent, message us and we will reply on the next working day.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Use the link in your confirmation message to reschedule or cancel, or reply to it and we will move you. Letting us know early frees the slot for another patient.
